The Executive Board of the Company recognises their responsibility to ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken to provide and maintain working conditions which are safe, healthy and comply with all statutory requirements and codes of practice. Moreover, the Company regards the promotion of health and safety as a joint objective for managers and employees at all levels. The Company will, so far as is reasonably practicable, pay particular attention to:

The provision and maintenance of plant, machinery and systems of work that are safe and healthy; The necessary training, instruction and supervision to enable employees to perform their work safely and efficiently; Arrangements for ensuring safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances; The provision of safe means of access to and egress from the place of work; The provision of all necessary safety and protective equipment and the supervision of its use

The Health & Safety Policy & Procedures apply to all employees of Moss Electrical Co Ltd and members of the public who come into contact with the Company. All employees have a responsibility to do everything they can to prevent injury to themselves, their fellow employees and others affected by their actions or omissions at work. They are expected to follow Company procedures, in particular, to report any incidents which have or may have led to injury or damage.
