Moss Electrical’s unique Book & Hold facility entitles customers to approximately 30,000 sq ft of allocated product holding space which is managed by in-house Project Management specialists.
Progress is tracked throughout the duration of a project and we will capture details about timeframe, estimates of workload, progress and cost for each phase. Our specialists also provide customers with all the project management planning documents needed to help you schedule for time, cost and resources. |

| The scope of the project is defined along with the approach required to deliver the desired outputs. Your Account Manager will select specific team members based on their skills and the project specification. This stage also involves preparation of an initial project execution plan, prepared by your Account Manager & our Operations Director, Lindsay Goubel. |

| A detailed identification and assignment of tasks until the end of the project is drawn up. Moss Electrical’s team will help to ensure that your projects are brought to completion in accordance with all deadlines and requirements. |
