At Moss Electrical Co. Ltd, we want you to have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. To that end, we’ve compiled a FAQ list below that covers the most common questions we receive. Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, our cut-off is 5 PM Monday to Friday, we don't operate over the weekend, so any orders placed before 5 PM on Friday will be delivered Monday.
What is the minimum order amount?
We understand the need and flexibility people need from a supplier, we do not have a minimum order amount requirement.
Do we offer a Same-Day service?
We do not offer a Same-Day service, however, if we have the capacity to assist with spare vehicles we will do so.
Do we offer a Kit Building Service
We're always open to working with our customers and providing bespoke solutions, we do offer a kit building service.
Are your vehicles FORS registered?
Yes they are, we have been accreddited with Silver FORS, you can check our certificate in our documentation section, if you require a copy.
