The full refurbishment of a nine-storey 1950's commercial office building, previously used by RIBA.
The Cat B fit out includes a new feature staircase, co-working areas, private offices and enterprise suites. At ground floor level a new entrance was provided along with meeting rooms and a large multi-use townhall/ auditorium. The re-purposed basement will house dry labs, podcasting and multimedia spaces, wellness and gym facilities, and other welfare amenities.
